Community Involvement

Dolly Quinn Salonspa participates in a variety of local and national community service programs.

Look Good Feel Better

The Look Good Feel Better program is dedicated to improving the quality of life and self-esteem of all women undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, or other forms of cancer treatment. It is a free, public service program that offers complimentary lessons on skin and nail care, cosmetics, wigs and turbans, and accessories and styling, helping women with cancer face their diagnosis with greater confidence.

The Dolly Quinn Salonspa is a proud supporter of the Look Good Feel Better program and takes part in offering complimentary beauty workshops for care and styling. Dolly, herself, has participated in the program since it was formed in 1989 and has been a trainer for the program in Southern Arizona for the past several years.

Group sessions are conducted at four different locations, locally. If an individual session is needed, arrangements can be made with the Dolly Quinn Salonspa. For more information, visit lookgoodfeelbetter.org, call toll-free 1 (800) 395-LOOK (5665), or contact your local American Cancer Society office. The Look Good Feel Better program is made possible through a collaboration of the Look Good Feel Better Foundation (a charitable organization of the Personal Care Products Council), the American Cancer Society and the Professional Beauty Association.
